Spring is in the Air

It has been some time since I've been allowed on the computer, there has not been much blogging going on here lately!

Spring is here, and the past few days it has been raining. Lucky for me I took a little adventure LAST week when it was sunny out, but a little chilly at night!

I decided I wanted to explore the woods I could see from the windows and ran out of the house early one morning much to Martha's dismay.

I can't tell you what I did, it is a secret. I made a new friend, she sat outside my house on two days while I was gone. Martha says it gave her hope that I was close by.

Early on Friday morning Martha said something told her to get up (I really think she just wanted to see if her tax return was in her bank account), and she looked outside to see me run from the patio. I was there eating the little bit of food she had put outside. I guess she didn't want me to fill up too much when they weren't watching!

I decided then that I really wanted to come home, but I was a little nervous. I cried loudly, but made Martha and Tara work to get me back inside. Finally, I let Martha get hold of me, and she held me tight so I would not jump out of her arms. Tara was so happy when she saw I was finally back in the house.

I think the dog was glad to see me too. I was happy to be back inside, but will remember my adventures.

My girlfriend came to the door on Saturday, but Tara told her I was GROUNDED FOR LIFE, and we would have to just visit through the door!
